Effective and Efficient

The energy development and the energy business sector can be hectic to navigate. Kelley offers a streamlined strategy and an alternative to hiring an energy consulting firm and an energy law firm for separate services. With legal services and government affairs consulting under one roof, she can handle all regulatory and legal aspects of her clients’ businesses.

This means:

•less people to coordinate;
•less emails and meetings; and,
•less hassle all around.

Who I Help

Kelley enjoys working with capital venture companies as a consultant in all aspects of energy development, small oil and gas companies that do not have in-house counsel or a government affairs shop, and larger energy companies seeking direction with governmental affairs in multiple states. Kelley can quickly respond to regulatory and policy obstacles and develop agreements that oftentimes provide a base for her clients to make lasting business decisions upon.

Kelley also works with clients in need of legal help and with law firms as a contract attorney providing legal work on energy and natural resources matters.
